HOW DO I GET TO FCMF?

If you are driving, street parking is available, in addition to parking garages (parking fee). For those flying, The Jacksonville International Airport is Located 30 minutes from the Venue.

IS FCMF AN ALL AGES EVENT?

FCMF is an all-ages event. All attendees are required to purchase a ticket, regardless of age.

WHAT TIME DOES THE GATE OPEN?

Gates open at 12:00 PM EST, however, this is subject to change.

WILL RE-ENTRY BE ALLOWED AT FCMF?

Re-entry into the festival venue(s) is permitted.

WHICH STAGE AND WHAT TIME WILL MUSIC BE PLAYING?

A full schedule with set times will be posted on the FCMF website, on all FCMF Social Media Accounts, and the FCMF Mobile App.

WILL ALCOHOL BE SOLD?

Beer, Wine, and Mixed Drinks will be sold to those (21+) or older, with a valid government-issued photo ID.

WILL THERE BE ATMs ON SITE?

Yes. Additionally, Debit & Credit cards will also be accepted at all Venues, Food & Beverage locations, Vendor Booths, and at the Merchandise Stand.

WHERE DO I GO TO PICK UP LOST ITEMS?

Lost & Found is located at the Information Booth.

WHAT ABOUT THE WEATHER?

FCMF is a rain or shine event, however, there are several instances in which the festival may be paused, evacuated, or canceled due to inclement weather, including but not limited to; (a) severe thunderstorms, (b) lightning, (c) excessive wind, (d) hail, (e) flooding, and/or (f) directed by local emergency personnel. All ticket sales are final, No refunds or charge backs.

WHAT IF I NEED A REFUND?

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or charge backs will be processed.

HOW DO I SUBMIT MY BAND?

FCMF is accepting Artist & Performing Act Submissions.

HOW DO I APPLY TO BE A VENDOR?

FCMF is accepting Art & Craft, Food, and Product & Service Vendors.

SPONSOR OPPORTUNITIES?

FCMF is accepting Sponsorship opportunities.

MEDIA & PRESS PASSES?

FCMF is accepting requests for Media & Press Passes.

PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES?

FCMF is accepting Promotional Opportunities.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES?

FCMF is accepting Volunteers through a work exchange program.

COVID PROTOCOLS?

COVID-19 safety protocols will be communicated as early as possible, and are subject to change at any time. Refunds and/or chargebacks will not be processed in the result of any COVID protocol implementations.

Please rest assured that FCMF will be taking appropriate measures to facilitate the health and safety of all FCMF participants. FCMF encourages all Attendees, Vendors, and Sponsors at FCMF to follow current and applicable public health and safety guidelines and precautions relative to large group gatherings at the time of FCMF.

FCMF – ATTENDEE COVID-19 PANDEMIC WAIVER & RELEASE

Despite everyone’s very best efforts, some degree of risk may still exist in the context of a large indoor gathering such as FCMF to the extent COVID-19 pandemic conditions persist at the time of FCMF. In this regard, by attending FCMF, each Attendee acknowledges and agrees on his/her/they own behalf and on behalf of Attendee’s personnel, contractor(s), and family member(s) at FCMF, to accept and assume all health and safety related risks or consequences associated with a potential or actual exposure to COVID-19, including its variants, while in attendance at FCMF. Such acknowledgement and agreement by Attendee also constitute an express waiver and release of FCMF, its officers, directors, and contracted staff from any and all COVID-19 related liability or damages.
